ESCO maintains an in-house repair facility in Brooksville, Florida. To insure that our customers have as little down-time as possible, we offer a 1-day-turnaround factory repair service from this location.

Our factory repair service is equipped with all the tools and machinery needed to repair our equipment quickly and affordably. Our trained technicians are the best in the industry. Not only do we service our own products, but we also service our competitors' products.

If you have a bead breaker, ram or hydraulic pump needing repair, ESCO will fix that product with factory parts and guarantee the repair. In addition to servicing ESCO brand products, we also repair IMT, Elrick, Branick, Goodyear, FEC and Haltec lines of bead breakers, rams and hydraulic pumps.

Terms & Conditions

Prices:

All prices are subject to change without notice. Product may be purchased on open account with approved credit, letters of credit, bank wire transfers, C.O.D., Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Possession of pricing does not constitute the right to purchase from ESCO. We reserve the right to refer orders to ESCO Distributors.

Terms:

Upon prior credit approval, 2% 10, Net 30 days from the date of invoice, payable in U.S. currency.
Freight: Freight is prepaid on $1,500.00 or more, W.D. billing, to a single location within the continental U.S.A.
Shipping Errors: Any shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged Shipments:

Shipments should be inspected before signing freight bill. If the shipment is damaged, note any damage on the freight bill so a claim can be entered with the carrier.

Claims:

Any shortage claims must be made within three days after receipt of goods.

Returned Merchandise:

Authorization must be obtained before returning any merchandise. Contact ESCO for shipping instructions. All returns, other than factory incorrect shipping or defective goods, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Minimum Order:

A minimum order amount of $100.00 is required, excluding orders for repair parts.

Warranty:

ESCO warrants its ESCO PROFESSIONAL LINE of products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for Two Years from date of sale to the final customer. ESCO also warrants its Yellow Jackit ECONOMY LINE of products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for One Year from date of sale to the final customer. ESCO will repair or replace any item found to be defective. ESCO may refund the purchase price of any such item at its discretion.

Product Repair:

ESCO has over 420 repair depots worldwide. A list of these authorized depots is available on request. ESCO also provides onsite factory repair services at its Brooksville, Florida location. We offer a one-day turn around for repairs on all hydraulic bead breakers, rams and pumps. Call ESCO prior to returning merchandise for repair. Please refer to our Repair page.
