| PRICES / CREDIT |
| Prices are subject
to change without notice. Product may be purchased with an approved account,
wire transfers, COD or credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American

| WARRANTY INFORMATION |
| All ESCO products
are warranted against manufacturers' defects for 90 days unless otherwise
noted. |

| SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGED
SHIPMENTS |
| Any shipping errors
must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All shipments should be
inspected before signing the freight bill. If the shipment has been damaged
in transit, note damage on freight bill so a claim can be entered with
the carrier. |

| MERCHANDISE RETURNS |

| Authorization and
shipping instructions must be obtained before returning merchandise to
ESCO. Contact our Customer Service department for instructions. Credit
will not be issued without return authorization, and your invoice number
must accompany returned merchandise. |
