of equipment for servicing automotive, truck, agricultural and earth-mover
tires, wheels and rims for redistribution sales throughout the world.

| PRICES / CREDIT |
| Prices are subject
to change without notice. Product may be purchased with an approved account,
wire transfers, COD or credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American
Express. |

| WARRANTY INFORMATION |
| ESCO warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one year from date of sale to the final customer. ESCO will repair or replace any item found to be defective. ESCO may refund the purchase price of any such item at its discretion. |

| SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGED
SHIPMENTS |
| Any shipping errors
must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All shipments should be
inspected before signing the freight bill. If the shipment has been damaged
in transit, note damage on freight bill so a claim can be entered with
the carrier. |

| MERCHANDISE RETURNS |

| Authorization and
shipping instructions must be obtained before returning merchandise to
ESCO. Contact our Customer Service department for instructions. Credit
will not be issued without return authorization, and your invoice number
must accompany returned merchandise. All returns, other than factory incorrect shipping or defective goods, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. |
